“Management has performed an assessment of the Company's ability to continue to operate as a going concern by assessing budgets and forecasts, liquidity and future outlook. The Company has a significant cash at bank at 31 August 2025 of £10.9m (2024: £11.5m). In addition to this, the Company is in a strong net current asset position at 31 August 2025 of £23.4m (2024: £26.4m). The Company has sufficient headroom to be able to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. The Directors believe the Company is well placed to manage its financing and other business risks satisfactorily, and have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operation for at least twelve months from the signing date of the financial statements. They therefore consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
