- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The past 12 months demonstrated that we continue to move out of the inflationary environment of the past 24 months as Gross Profit margins increased steadily. Although Turnover was slightly reduced from the previous year, significant work was undertaken in our own development work, which remains on the balance sheet. With c.£12M of contracted work, the outlook is positive for 2025-26. We continue focus on maintaining costs at current levels, or cutting them if possible - but without compromising on the quality of our product or service.”
- “Principal risks and uncertainties: The risks to the business are the continuing planning moratorium due to the Lugg phosphate situation, for which we are investing in land and resources outside of Herefordshire as well as the general cost and complication of planning in the UK. Global volatility could continue to affect inflation, and specifically construction inflation, together with interest rates. This is being managed to limit the impact on the business.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
