“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have reviewed the Company's financial position, projections and cash flows for the foreseeable future, comprising a period of no less than 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. The process involved considering the critical assumptions which underpin the projections for operating profit in addition to the cash projections for working capital, tax and capital expenditure flows. The Directors have modelled a downside scenario containing a reduction in revenue of up to 20% below the projections for the remainder of FY2025/26 and for FY2026/27 and the benefit of mitigating cost savings. The outcome of this modelling demonstrates the Company's continued ability to meet its obligations. Consequently, the Directors are satisfied that the Company remains a going concern for the foreseeable future.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
