Going concern
Affirmed

“The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through existing cash resources and an overdraft facility of £5 million which is due for renewal on 1 August 2026, and the directors have had confirmation from the bank that this will be extended on similar terms, if needed for a further year. On 17 February 2025 the company arranged a £7 million revolving credit facility (the 'RCF') with the bank which expires on 31 March 2027. The principal risks and uncertainties impacting the company are set out in the strategic report. Although levels of demand for the company's products and the costs of raw materials are difficult to predict and are therefore inherently uncertain, the directors expect to be able to operate within the level of its current resources, given forecast sales, expected expenditure and resources available. The directors have prepared detailed forecasts showing that the company should be profitable and cash generative in 2025 and 2026 and therefore the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months after the approval of the financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
