“Profits and cashflows are forecast for the next three financial years and are reviewed at regular intervals. The company meets day to day working capital requirements through its banking facilities, and the banking relationship with HSBC remains strong. The company has adequate funds available to discharge its obligations as they fall due for a period at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The board is confident that the company has sufficient liquidity to meet all its financial and trading requirements. Based on the above and information available to the board at the date of signing, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
