- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Company is dependent on funds provided to it by Fareva SA, the Company's ultimate parent. Fareva SA has provided a letter of support to the Company and will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company, for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on this undertaking the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “As a consequence Fareva SA Group announced in June 2023 that it proposed to cease manufacturing operations at the Company's sister factory in the UK, BCM Limited based in Nottingham, and transfer all production activities to other factories within the Fareva SA Group, predominantly Fillcare Limited. BCM Limited ceased manufacturing in the Summer of 2024.”
- “As a consequence of BCM Limited's restructuring programme the volume of production of the Company dramatically increased over the course of 2024 with the full impact of the additional volumes to be reflected in 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
