“The directors have obtained confirmation from an appropriate parent undertaking, Transocean International Limited., that it will provide financial support to allow the company to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, to the extent that the company is not able to meet such liabilities; and to recover in full sums due to it, when so due, from other group undertakings. This support is provided for a period of twelve months after the financial statements have been approved. The Directors have made enquiries to determine the ability of the parent undertaking to provide this support. The directors continue to place reliance on the Parent company's letter of support and concluded that it was appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
