“Given continuing planned future investment in advertising and promotional spend the company is reliant on parental support. Therefore, Agrolimen SA has confirmed that it will provide such financial support as necessary to enable the company to meet its liabilities for the going concern review period. The directors have a reasonable expectation that Agrolimen SA has adequate resources and liquidity to continue in operational existence for this period. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
