  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern, as the Directors have decided to transfer the assets and liabilities of the company to its fellow group company, Metabo (UK) Ltd. All assets and liabilities (except for trade debtors, cash at bank and in hand, trade creditors and amounts owed to group undertakings excluding goods in transit) as at 30 April 2025 will be transferred at carrying value ensuring continuity of operations.
