“At year end, the company has net assets of £1.1m. The ultimate holding company Group accounts, Friedhelm Loh Stiftung & Co. KG, for the year ended 31 December 2023, were prepared on a going concern basis, with no material uncertainties identified. As a result, the Directors have not identified any material uncertainties relating to going concern. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

• “Within the year there were a few key issues to highlight: Energy and Inflation: Energy has a significant impact on the cost of Rittal CSM Limited. The government support scheme ceased at the end of March 2023 and as a result the company bore the higher costs from our existing fixed term contract at the end of September. We entered into new fixed term contracts for both gas and electricity in October 2023 which are valid until the end of 2026 and these are fully costed into our business plan going forward.”
