“The financial statements have been prepared on the basis of the going concern assumption and the Directors have confirmed that this was realistic at the time the financial statements were approved. On 30th November 2024, the company had net current liabilities of £35,539k (2023: £19,573k) and therefore the directors have obtained a letter of parental support from the ultimate parent, H.B. Fuller Company, which confirms they are committed to support the company to fulfil all of its obligations for a period to 30th November 2026, which is consistent with the company's going concern assessment.”
