Going concern
Affirmed

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have sound expectations based on budgets and cash flow forecasts and are confident that the Company has more than adequate resources to grow. As set out in note 24, additional working capital funding of £500,000 was secured from Arbuthnot Latham & Co Limited on 20th February 2026. Forecasts show there is sufficient headroom on the existing invoice discounting facilities, which are fully expected to be available for the period to 31 March 2027, in all scenarios tested. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
