“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the parent undertaking, Topcon Europe B.V. has confirmed to the directors that it will provide financial support to enable the company to continue through to 31 December 2026. This is achieved by Topcon Europe B.V. funding the company via an intercompany receivable resulting from the business transfer on 1 July 2022 but beyond that intercompany balance Topcon Europe B.V. will provide further financial support to the company.”
