“The director has assessed the ability of Paramount Global to provide that support and on that basis, have concluded that the application of the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the above, management believes that the entity can pay debts as and when they fall due. Accordingly, the director adopted the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”

In the UK, the five-year distribution deal commenced on 1 July 2015 and therefore Paramount Pictures International Limited terminated (withdrew) the rights from the Company to distribute Paramount's physical Blu-ray and DVD home entertainment product in the United Kingdom. Following this transfer the Company ceased trading as of 1 July 2015.”
- “Paramount, Skydance Media, LLC ("Skydance") and other parties entered into a definitive transaction agreement (the "Transaction Agreement") pursuant to which Paramount and Skydance will become subsidiaries of a new holding company (the "Skydance Merger").
