“The company manages liquidity risk by ensuring, as far as possible, that it has access to liquid funds sufficient to meet its liabilities when they fall due, without incurring unacceptable losses or risking damage to the company's reputation. The company, has received assurances from its ultimate holding company, Toliman Family Investments Limited, that adequate committed credit facilities are maintained in order to meet all its commitments as and when they fall due. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
