Material uncertainty over going concern
On 30 June 2024, the Company transferred its trade and assets to Classic Collection Holdings Limited, another indirect subsidiary of On the Beach Group plc. Following the sale, the Company ceased trade and will remain non-trading for the foreseeable future. As the Directors do not intend to acquire a replacement trade, they have prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern. No adjustments were necessary to the amount which the remaining assets and liabilities are included in the financial statements.
