“The Company is profitable and is forecast to remain so resulting in the accumulation of significant cash balances. As a result of being part of the Körber group, the Company has access to the Group treasury via a cash-pooling arrangement. The Company is a net depositor and earns interest. The directors therefore expect that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason they have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
