“The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis because the Company is profitable and will continue to be profitable for the foreseeable future due to the license agreement it has entered into with Warner Music UK Limited. The license agreement can be terminated upon 60 days' notice. Should the license agreement be terminated, all rights will revert back to The National Video Corporation Limited who will continue to derive revenue from it. There are no plans by either party to terminate the license agreement in the foreseeable future. The company has a net asset position and is expected to be able to meet its debts as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements.”
