“The directors conclude that these financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. This is supported by detailed forecasts looking forward to 2029, consideration of reasonable possible sensitivities including decreasing levels of trade, interest rate fluctuations, and receivables profiles, with the Company remaining compliant with covenants and confident of finance facilities. An investment into the Morson Group by Onex Partners on 2 February 2024 brought new ultimate parent undertaking and financial facilities running until 2027 for invoice discounting and 2031 for long-term borrowings, demonstrating confidence in operations and strengthening financial support.”
