The transaction received clearance from the competition authorities on 10 March 2025 and completed on 31 March 2025. As a result of this acquisition, the company's ultimate controlling party changed from Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. to Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG and the company changed its legal name from Clear Channel Overseas Limited to Bauer Media Outdoor Overseas Limited.”
