- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have considered a going concern assessment of the company in order to conclude on the appropriateness of preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis. Cash flow forecasts have been prepared to reflect plausible downside scenario as a result of current levels of raw material and other inflations and its impact on the company's trading performance and outlook. Those forecasts have been compared with the current and forecast liquidity position over that period, and as a result of the assessment performed the directors have a reasonable expectation, that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements therefore the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Demand for vehicle accident repairs, although strong at the beginning of the year, began to soften throughout the remainder of 2024, with the growth in demand experienced post covid flattening as insurance policy excesses increased causing consumers to reduce the volume of claims for non essential repairs. Despite this headwind we continue to find new markets and customers for our market leading value proposition. The demand for problem solving solutions to improve process efficiency, drive down energy costs and improve sustainability goals remain strong.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
