“The directors have considered current trading, and the cash position together with available debt facilities and are confident that the company will be able to meet its debts as they fall due for the period of 12 months after the approval of these financial statements. As the current loan was successfully refinanced in full, and drawn down in January 2024, the business demonstrably retains a strong relationship with the its lenders.”
