- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period to 31 May 2026 in order to assess going concern which indicate that, taking account of a general 15% reduction in revenue generation, the company will have sufficient funds, through its existing cash balances, to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the going concern assessment period. The company has a strong balance sheet position with over 90% of inbound products being supplied by group entities resulting in a low level of external liabilities, a strong cash balance of £2,504,994 as well as net assets of £6,112,773 and net current assets of £3,823,351.”
Significant events
- “ESG is now integrated at the core of many businesses, and we see increasing focus here for those large customers, suppliers and other organisations we have relations with. The recent impacts in our local markets have already been significant as we moved to replace single use plastics wherever possible, and our global HQ looked to incorporate ESG initiatives within our wider organisation. We also replaced on a local basis this year, our gas central heating system with an electrical powered heating system installing a solar panel array to offset the energy used.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
