- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In making this assessment the directors have prepared trading and cash flow forecasts to 31 December 2026. The directors have also reviewed the financial status of the company's parent undertaking and are satisfied that it has the resources available to continue to supply the company's products over this period. In view of this, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Geopolitical factors: The continued Russian invasion of Ukraine and the knock-on impact of sanctions, the escalation of Middle East conflicts, and possible interruption to global transportation of goods to the European trade area are all factors impacting economic stability and business confidence and are a challenge to customer business resilience.”
- “Events after the reporting date Geopolitical events continue to escalate; however, the degree they will impact people, business, and government behaviour is uncertain.”
- “The recent change in the UK government to Labour is perhaps not so business friendly as they profess to be with increasing public spending, higher borrowing and business / consumer taxation leading to weakening economic figures.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
