Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors are confident that with the availability of finance from the parent entity and the current cash position, that there is a reasonable expectation that the entity has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The parent entity, which itself provides funding to the company, is in part funded in line with the growth of the global recorded music market, which appears to be in a strong position, meaning funding of the Secretariat should not be negatively affected. The parent company is expected to have the funding required to cover the services provided by IFPI Secretariat and has continued support from the major international record companies and other members. Having considered these factors together with the fact that the ultimate parent undertaking has provided a letter confirming it will provide the necessary financial assistance as required for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-06-30 vs 2023-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
