“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Group will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Trustees, having considered the financial statements of the Trust and in view of the contract entered into on 19th June 2014 with Brighton i360 Limited and the subsequent agreement with Nightcap are of the opinion that the Trust should properly be treated on a going concern basis.”
