“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have prepared detailed profit and cash flow forecasts for the Blue Diamond Group, of which Chester Garden Centre Limited is the major component, to 31 December 2026, which combined with the support of the Ultimate Parent Company as well as their knowledge of current trading and experience of the business, underpin their conclusion that the Company will be able to meet all its liabilities as they fall due.”
