“On the basis of their assessment of the company's financial position and of the enquiries made between the directors of the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In addition to this, the directors have also considered multiple scenarios with a longer term 'severe but plausible' downturn. The company's forecasts and projections, taking into account a severe but plausible deterioration of trading performance, show that the company should continue to be able to operate and remain solvent for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Therefore, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
