“Throughout this period the company has maintained a very strong balance sheet with no liquidity issues as it continues to hold high levels of cash reserves and does not rely on external funding Furthermore, the company is confident that it has now successfully addressed the changes in the market over the last few years as the ability to theatrical exploit films in cinemas has improved and the move towards more dıgıtal media continues The company continues to have a very strong liquidity position, supporting its commitment to continue investing in new and exciting future film projects On this basis, the Directors consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts Accordingly, they continue to adopt a going concern basıs in preparing the financial statements of the company Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue”
