“The company has made a significant profit in the year and is in both a net current asset and a net asset position at the year end. The company has strong cash reserves in place to meet its day to day working capital requirements. In light of the above, the directors consider that the group will meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements.
