“The Directors have reviewed the Company's future working capital, cash requirements and revenue projections for the next twelve months. They are of the opinion that the forecasts show that the Company will be able to operate within its current level of cash and working capital, without the requirement for any external finance. TBC has confirmed its continued support for a period of 12 months from approval of the financial statements, whilst the Company remains part of the Boeing group.”
Significant events
- “In April 2025, TBC announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell portions of its Digital Aviation Solutions business, including its Jeppesen businesses, to Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025 and is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. The impact of this potential sale on the Company is under review but is not expected to significantly change the underlying business model. In advance of the overall transaction, as part of preparatory work, on 1 August 2025, some employees and associated assets were transferred into Jeppesen UK Limited from its parent, Boeing United Kingdom Limited, and a smaller number of employees and associated assets transferred from Jeppesen UK Limited to Boeing United Kingdom Limited.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
