Audit & accounting basis

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have prepared forecasts covering the next 12 months of trading which have been stress tested through pessimistic assumptions such as reduced revenue and reduced margins and these assumptions did not lead to any going concern issues as the company remained profitable and cash generative throughout the 12 months. The directors are satisfied that the company can fulfil all its payments and liabilities as they fall due. Thus, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting for the preparation of the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
