Going concern
Affirmed

“In adopting the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements, the directors have considered the business activities and the group's principal risks and uncertainties. Based on the strength of the group's statement of financial position and cash reserves, it's cash projections, profits forecast for 2026 and 2027 and shareholder working capital facilities (if use of such are required), the directors are satisfied that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future (which under current UK generally accepted accounting principles means a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements). Therefore it is considered appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
