Material uncertainty over going concern
In assessing the going concern position of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Directors have considered the Group's cash flows, liquidity and business activities. As at 31 December 2024, the Group had cash balances of £1.32 million. The Company's funding is obtained through a loan from its immediate parent undertaking and third-party short-term loans which are terminable by either party giving three months advance notice. The immediate parent undertaking has provided assurance that the loan will not be called in within twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. However, this support is not legally binding and is not guaranteed. As a result, this indicates that a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt on the Group and the Parent Company's ability to continue as going concerns, and therefore they may be unable to realise their assets and discharge their liabilities in the normal course of business.

Significant events
- “Increased investment in new product development to bring forward new product ranges to launch in 2025/26, and investment in new personnel to drive future brand sales and marketing all increased overhead costs, while reduced domestic turnover caused by supply chain disruption in the beginning of the year and the rising cost of living and reduced consumer spending contributed to the increase in losses in the year.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
