“The Company will continue to be supported by intermediate parent company, and a written confirmation has been obtained from the group to the directors confirming the support will be effective for a period of at least one year from the date of signing of the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024. In assessing going concern, there was consideration of the potential impacts of high inflation and cost of living crisis on the Company's forecasts; the directors are satisified that the Company will be able to meet its obligations as they fall due and therefore that the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”
