“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Group successfully completed the refinancing of the Deutsche Bank facility with a new lender, Emirates NBD in January 2025 with a drawdown of £147.0m. Mica Investments Limited has provided a letter of support to confirm that it will not recall amounts due to the detriment of the group and its ability to continue as a going concern.”
