• “On 1 January 2024, the Company resigned as a designated member of Grant Thornton Services LLP and all employees were transferred to Grant Thornton Services LLP. The Company therefore ceased to provide employees and other services to Grant Thornton UK LLP from this date. In future years no trade is expected and the Company is expected to be classified as dormant for the year ended 31 December 2025.”
