  On this basis, the Trustees of the Institute have determined that the financial statements of the Institute should be prepared on a basis other than going concern. The Institute's activities will continue within the new Chartered entity, and on the basis that the assets and liabilities have been transferred at fair value at the transfer date of 1st January 2025, they are not considered to be impaired at the date of signing these financial statements.
