“The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have prepared projected cash flow information for the period of twelve months from the date of approval of the balance sheet taking account of the bank facilities available to the Group which were renewed after the balance sheet date and reasonably possible changes in trading performance. These projections indicate that the Group and Company will be able to meet liabilities as they fall due and operate within the renewed bank facilities. Accordingly, the directors are confident that the going concern basis for preparing these accounts remains appropriate.”
Significant events
- “The directors have to report the very sad news of the untimely death of the director, Peter Colby on 14 January 2024. Peter founded the Saint Vincent Holdings and Peter Colby Commercials group of companies 50 years ago. His death is a huge business and personal loss for all his colleagues.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
