- “On 7 October 2021 there was an extremely sad and unfortunate incident whereby a member of our team lost their life while undertaking business activities. The Coroner's Inquest into this incident concluded in November 2023. The Health & Safety Executive have carried out an investigation into the incident and the Company engaged with the HSE in relation to this. A final hearing took place on 5 December 2024 which resulted in the Company being issued with a fine.”
