- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Whilst the Company continues to be cash generative the Company has also been provided with a letter of support from the Group to provide financial support for at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements. The directors have assessed the ability of the parent company to provide such support and have noted no concerns. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During the year, the Company successfully launched a range of new products, enhancing its headphones, in-ear, over-ear, and speaker portfolios. This diversification strengthens our position in the home audio segment.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
