  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to note 1.4 of the financial statements which describes the preparation of the financial statements on a non-going concern basis. As described in note 1.4, on 21 June 2024 the Trustee and Governors resolved to transfer the business, assets and liabilities to St Dunstan's Education Group and cease trading in this entity. Following the cessation of the trade the company has become dormant and the Governors have concluded that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
