“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate financial and other resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Subsequent to the reporting period, as detailed in note 28, the company was acquired by Ashcourt Group Limited and became party to the Group's cross-guarantee arrangement for the Group's banking facilities. The directors have assessed the impact of this arrangement and, based on the Group's financial position and available facilities, they are satisfied that the company will continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
