“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate. The directors have prepared cash requirements forecast for at least 12 months from the date of signing of these accounts which indicate that the company will have sufficient funds, through funding from its parent Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the basis of preparation being inappropriate. The company made a profit in the year and has positive assets therefore is seen as a going concern. Despite having negative net current assets the Company is still seen as a going concern. A letter of support is also provided by Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited.”
