“At the balance sheet date of 30 September 2024 the company made a pre-tax profit for the financial year of £1,635,970 (2023: £3,115,380) and had net assets at that date of £5,476,073 (2023: £5,196,006) with cash reserves of £743,437 (2023: £1,716,898). The Directors have considered the going concern status of the company and as part of this consideration have reviewed the post balance sheet trading activity together with forecasts for the next financial year. Post balance sheet performance has remained strong and forecast continues to show a healthy profits and increased revenue for the next financial year, with significant new revenue pipeline still being negotiated. Therefore it is the opinion of the Directors of the company that there are no going concern issues with the company and the company will be able to settle any current liabilities when they fall due.”
