“At 30 April 2025 the Company had net assets of £882,000 and historically has been profitable and cash generative. The company owns a freehold factory which had an independent valuation of £1.1 million in April 2023 but is recorded in the balance sheet at £406,000. The Company also has cash reserves of £1,439,000 and no bank borrowings. The directors continue to adopt the going concern assumption based on the financial strength of the Company's balance sheet and stress tested forecasts which demonstrate that the Company is able to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due.”
