- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The Headland, an iconic building, comprises an 86 bedroom five star hotel, 39 five star cottages, a spa with Platinum Five Bubble Good Spa Guide rating, a gym and state of the art AquaClub. In the reporting period, there were four restaurants on site; RenMor, The Terrace and The Spa restaurants are located in the main hotel building, while The Deck restaurant is located in the AquaClub. In July 2025, The Terrace has been leased to Adam Handling Ltd and refurbished into The Ugly Butterfly restaurant. The hotel has generated strong profits this year... Throughout the year, the hotel continued to undertake several refurbishment projects at significant cost and investment, including finalising the investment in the RenMor restaurant that was completed in May 2023, renovations of over 10 bedrooms on the ocean facing side of the building to add in more Ocean Suites that have proved particularly popular since their inception in 2022, and continued investment in the cottages, particularly focussing on the landscaping.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
