“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in existence for the period to 30 September 2026, being the going concern period. In reaching this conclusion the directors reviewed a going concern assessment for that period which considered the forecast impact of the ongoing military conflicts, and indicated that the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
