“The Company is a non-trading entity, the ultimate parent company Driven Brands Holdings Inc. has provided the directors with an undertaking that for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements it will provide financial support to ensure that the Company is able to meet its current and future obligations as and when they fall due. Accordingly, there is a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Based on these assurances the financial statements of the Company have been prepared on a going concern basis for at least the next twelve months from the date of the signing of the accounts.”
