“As a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. They have received confirmation through a letter of support from their intermediate parent Camelot UK Bidco Limited, that it intends to support the Company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed.”

On the same date, pursuant to an amendment to the Group's existing credit agreement dated as of October 31, 2019, the Group refinanced all of its existing term loans with a new $2,150m tranche of term loans maturing in 2031, with a reduced interest rate margin of 275 basis points per annum in the case of loans bearing interest by reference to term SOFR. The Group also refinanced its revolving credit facility with a replacement $700m facility and extended its maturity to 2029.”
